Calling all women in music and technology
You are here. And we are glad.
Welcome to Music 4.5, a series of seminars that explore the intersection between music and technology, based in London and New York.
Our topics range from licensing to data, from the record label of the future to the economics of streaming, from the possibilities and limitations of blockchain to how the music industry should leverage AI, AR, VR and MR.
We aim to bring together experts from across music and technology, including start-ups, academics, entrepreneurs, managers, marketers, technologists, record labels, analysts, musicians and more. Our seminars offer opportunities for exposure and networking in the music/tech community, and are vibrant, informative, and future-facing.
But they are – despite our best efforts – overwhelmingly male.
Don’t get us wrong. We’re not anti-male. Far from it. But we want to achieve a balance. We want diversity of voice and perspective. We want to tap into what we know must be out there – savvy, experienced, and astute women who have expertise and insight to offer.
Not sure if you’ll fit in?
